This class is for kiddos that need more guidance than older gymnasts. We invite a Parent (or a brave substitute) to assist the gymnast in this program. Little ones work on very basic gross motor development in an atmosphere geared toward fast moving, fun activities. The gymnastics instruction uses a variety of equipment to keep the children interested and learning... even if they don't know it!

Age: 3-6 years
This program is for young athletes that need to learn the basics about being in the gym. The emphasis on this program is introduction to class format in a very entertaining environment. Kids learn the fundamentals of gymnastics terminology while developing the strength, skills and balance they will need to move on in the program!

Age: 5-11 years
This program is where kids finally get action and traction in gymnastics. Here, we teach athletes gymnastics shaping concepts, build a core of strength, and train equilibrium. In this program, we begin working on a real gymnastics event rotation. Children will learn basic swinging, pulling, and pushing concepts, as well as master basic rolls and cartwheels. Fun and energetic games keep the kiddos moving!

Age: 5-14 years
Things get a little tougher in our intermediate Bolts. We expect athletes to have a basic understanding of gymnastics movements. Most classes include more raw strength and conditioning. We work on "perfecting," headstands and handstands, as well as incorporate more dynamic body control through jumps on beam, circling elements on bars, and tumbling concepts on floor.

Age: 5-16 years
We start to see some serious skills develop at this advanced level. Athletes learn connections between skills on all events. We push for superior physical conditioning and flexibility. On vault and trampoline flight skills are the priority. Bars adds swinging and jumping elements. Rings and parallel bars add inversion skills to complete routines. Beam adds acrobatic elements. And on floor we start to tumble!

Age: 6-18 years
Not just a shameless knock off of American Ninja Warrior, but also a strength and agility program to keep your little Ninjas safe while trying to be Ninja Warriors themselves. This program will incorporate time for fun obstacle courses and parkour-like terrain alongside traditional gymnastics conditioning elements. The result is a fun, fast, and furious program that will get kids moving!

Age: 5-18 years
This class will work tumbling skills at all levels. The focus will be to progress through skills using proper drills on floor and trampoline. If you have a kiddo that is just interested in the tumbling portion of gymnastics, this is the class for you! The coach for this program comes from a competitive gymnastics and competitive cheerleading background and has a lot to offer!
